Control disease center:
Fix core issue to push Level 3-1 CDC building into a main brunch, Focus on the gap between realty requirement and epidemic, according to the CDC building standard, NDRC issued 8.4billion for building the CDC from base clinical unit to province level.
Strengthen Primary clinical unit :
Invested 8.53 billion ,Engage the high quality medical resource into primary clinical unit deeply and widely by establishment of 24 national clinical centers , 3 province field clinical centers , upgrading 113 hospitals in country level to extend to majority.
Focus on the core diseases:
Support 54 state level hospitals to improve diagnosis and treatment for core diseases such as tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory disease which seriously harmful people’s health by investing 4.15 billion CNY in basic condition ,innovation and research .
Gynecology and pediatrics:
Focusing on "good birth and good feed", improve the guarantee ability of women's and children's health services. Government will invest 2.771 billion yuan to support the construction of provincial gynecology and pediatrics projects and maternal and child health care institutions in populous cities, solve problems such as the shortage of gynecology and pediatrics resources and continue to improve the whole process service conditions for eugenics and child care.
Traditional Chinese medicine:
Based on “keep tradition real and innovation” to develop the our Chinese medicine, 6.24 billion was invested in 14 Chinese traditional hospitals with famous doctors and prescriptions, 31 key traditional Chinese medicine.Hospitals in innovation and 2 national Chinese medicine care bases improve the region treatment for our people .
